In case you haven’t heard…LA’s fiery catering crew, The Gastro Garage have returned to Hollywood, for an all new culinary pop-up experience on the rooftop of the W Hollywood! The ”Gastro Mechanics” have been lighting up the sky with a one-of-a-kind blow torch powered evening featuring an 8-course progressive-style dining experience with stunning views of the Los Angeles skyline. The dinner series, appropriately called TORCHED, is happening now on Friday and Saturday nights until November 14th, with two seatings per night at 7 & 8:30pm.
